How to Cancel
You can cancel your premium subscription anytime by:
- Logging into your account and navigating to Account Settings
- Emailing us at info@fplscout.name.ng with your cancellation request
- Contacting us through our Contact Us page
What Happens When You Cancel
- Your subscription will be cancelled immediately
- You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle
- After your billing cycle ends, you will be downgraded to the free tier
- All your data (preferences, manager info) will be preserved
No Hidden Fees
We don't charge cancellation fees or require notice periods. Cancel anytime, penalty-free.
Example: If you subscribe on June 1st and cancel on June 15th, you'll have access to all premium features until June 30th (end of your billing cycle). You won't be charged for July.

We're confident you'll love FPL Scout. If you're not completely satisfied with your premium subscription within 7 days of your purchase, we'll refund your moneyβno questions asked.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet ALL of these conditions:
- Request the refund within 7 days of your initial purchase
- Provide a valid reason for your refund request
- Have not abused the refund policy (multiple refunds in a short period)
- Be a first-time subscriber requesting a refund
How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to info@fplscout.name.ng
- Include your account email and transaction ID
- Explain why you'd like a refund
- We'll respond within 48 hours
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
Refund Exceptions
We cannot issue refunds in the following cases:
- The refund is requested more than 7 days after purchase
- The account has been used to violate our Terms of Service
- The subscription was cancelled and then reactivated (treated as a new purchase)
- Duplicate or fraudulent transactions (contact us immediately)
Note: If you cancel your subscription before the 7-day period ends, you can still request a refund as long as it's within 7 days of purchase. Your subscription access will not be affected during the refund review process.

Billing Cycle
How Billing Works
- Renewal Date: Your subscription renews automatically every 30 days
- Billing Method: You'll be charged on the same day each month
- Invoice: You'll receive an invoice via email after each successful charge
- Failed Payments: If payment fails, we'll retry for 3 days. Please update your payment method if needed

Chargeback Policy
If you submit a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider instead of requesting a refund directly from us, we will:
- Immediately suspend your account
- Collect evidence of your account usage
- Work with our payment processor to resolve the dispute
Important: Please contact us first before filing a chargeback. We can usually resolve issues faster and easier.
